Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.
Most returns are due to sizing issues. We provide detailed body size charts and garment measurement charts on each product page. Please use both charts to select the correct size. While we strive for accuracy, each person has a unique body structure, so the size guide is a helpful reference rather than a guarantee.
No guarantee on beaded abayas: The beadwork on our abayas is intricate and delicate. The responsibility lies with the customer to care for the delicacy of the garment. However, if the garment was received with missing or poor beadwork, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Use our online return form in your account area, or email us at returns@ameerainkorea.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the items.
Ship your return using your preferred courier service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The courier will pick up from your home or workplace on your specified day, or you can drop off at a local branch.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process it and notify you that we've issued store credit or a refund.
Use the store credit to place an exchange order or new order. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you choose to return items for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount at a highly subsidized rate. We charge a per-item returns shipping fee to avoid misuse and keep costs fair for all customers. Return shipping is free only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

Exchange Process: Follow the same return process above, but indicate in your return request that you'd like an exchange. We'll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original.
Sale Items: Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another size or style. A credit note can be issued if you prefer not to take any goods in exchange.
Exchange shipping is free if the error was on our part (wrong item, defective, etc.). Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply for the replacement item. Any new order or exchange placed is considered a new order and outward shipping fees apply again.
