How long does shipping take?
We deliver within 2-5 business days across South Africa using The Courier Guy. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within South Africa. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and start from R100. Free shipping is available on orders over R1000.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the items you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our detailed size guide which includes measurements for all our products. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart for the best fit.
Are your products true to size?
Yes, our products are designed to be true to size according to our size guide. However, fit preferences can vary, so we recommend checking measurements carefully.
What materials are your products made from?
We use high-quality fabrics suitable for modest fashion. Each product page includes specific fabric composition and care instructions.
Can I see products in person before buying?
We currently operate online only. However, our detailed product photos and descriptions are designed to give you the best possible view of each item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payments through PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All transactions are processed through PayFast with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Currently, we only accept online payments through our secure payment gateway.
Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, we require full payment at checkout. However, we may offer payment plans in the future.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
How do you protect my personal information?

Can I delete my account?
